The Bryant Commons grounds and amphitheater are available to public rental for event such as fundraisers, weddings, family reunions, photography sessions, baby and wedding showers, company picnics, birthday parties and more.

Rental rates are $60 per hour for the back lawn or awning, $150 per hour for the amphitheater, and most nonprofit organizations qualify for a reduced hourly rate including the use of tables and chairs.  

Anyone interested in utilizing Bryant Commons must submit an application the Hinesville Downtown Development Authority, who will then put it before the Joint Management Board at Bryant Commons for review and approval. All events, no matter the amount of people,  held on the property must first be approved by the board. For an application, click here. After the event has been approved, they will receive a Bryant Commons Permit.
